DOCTORS
An epileptologist is a medical doctor (neurologist) who specializes in the treatment of epilepsy and seizures. An epilepsy doctor has expertise in seizure disorders, anti-epileptic medications, and other treatments (epilepsy surgery and diets used to treat epilepsy, for example). Some epileptologists have subspecialties in epilepsy of women, children, or geriatric populations. Several of our doctors have been voted Best Doctors of America and America’s Top Physicians.
