Time of the day

Some seizures occur mainly during sleep and are called “nocturnal seizures” while some other ones occur during wakefulness and are called “diurnal seizures” and some are mixed. This pattern could change over time. If seizures occur at a specific time, your doctor may be able to adjust the time when you take your medications to give you more protection.
