Reflex epilepsies

Some epilepsies are triggered by a specific factor, like for example photosensitivity.

In epilepsy, photosensitivity refers to light acting as a "seizure trigger" in some persons when they are exposed for example, to flickering light bulbs, strobe lights, or even light that shines through trees on a highway.
