Emotional Stress
Stress is another potent factor that can trigger seizures. Avoiding stress would be ideal for all of us, but it is very difficult to do it since life is associated with many stressful situations. Stress can trigger seizures in a number of different ways:
o It can lead to insomnia and sleep deprivation
o It can also lead to hyperventilation when the person feels anxious and panicky.
o For unknown reasons it could favor seizures
